How It Works

We don’t work some others do - and that’s a good thing.

We value your time and money, and consider it our job to not only deliver a beautiful home for you, but to do so in a timely and affordable manner, so that you can focus on living your life in your new home, not wondering how you’ll pay for it!

At MatchUp, it’s all about you and your needs and desires, nit our sales and build goals.

This customer-focused business model harkens back to generations of hard-working Vermonters who looked out for their friends and neighbors. This ethos is something we work to emulate.

Step 1.

Get in touch

Step 2.

Meet with us

Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out to schedule a meeting, where you’ll tell us all about your dream home!

If you’d like, you can schedule a consultation with one of our design partners, who’ll be there to assist in the creative process, and together, we’ll get started on a blueprint that meets your specifications and stays within your budget.

Step 3.

Need Land?

If you need a place to build, we’ll connect you with one of our preferred Realtors, who’ll help you locate and secure the perfect parcel for your new home.

Step 4.

Review Design

We won’t rest until you’ve got the design you’re looking for!

Or, choose a house plan directly from Westchester.

Let us know if you want any changes before we collect your initial deposit.

Step 5.

Prep Site

Once you’ve closed on your land, it’s time to prepare for the arrival of your new home!

You’ll need to consider water, sewer, power and foundations before the home can be delivered.

Step 6.

The Build Begins

While your property is being prepared, we’ll be working with Westchester to get your home assembled in their factory.

You can take a virtual tour of their facilities here.

Step 7.

Home Placement
